Bushwood and Boots is a concert featuring some of country music’s biggest stars that will take place every year during the week of the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, GA.

What time will people be let in and when will the concert start?
Gates open at 4:30pm and the show starts at 6pm.

Will there be a box office set up on-site at the Evans Towne Center?
Yes, we will have a box office set up at the entry gates only on the day of show.
What are the Box Office hours?
The box office will open at the same time as gates. That will be at 6pm!
Can we buy tickets on the day of show at Evans Towne Center?
Only if there are some left to purchase! We recommend purchasing in advance online at BushwoodandBoots.com to secure a ticket.
Where do I buy a ticket in advance?
Advance hard-copy tickets can be bought locally at Evans Fitness Center: 3002 Allen Dr, Evans, GA 30809.

I typed my email address in wrong when I bought my ticket, what do I do?
Please contact EventBrite customer support with your info and concerns and they will help you get everything taken care of… they’re pretty great!
How much are tickets?
General Admission tickets are $69.50 per ticket plus applicable service fees.
General Admission - Party pit tickets are $89.50 per ticket plus applicable service fees.
VIP tickets are $249.50 per ticket plus applicable service fees.
Super VIP tickets are $399 per ticket plus applicable service fees.
When / how do I receive my ticket?
If you purchased a ticket online, your ticket was e-mailed to you using the e-mail address that you entered when you purchased the tickets.
I did not receive a ticket confirmation email, what do I do?
Don’t panic! Please contact EventBrite with your info and concerns and they will help you get situated.

GETTING TO THE CONCERT:
Can I walk to the concert?
Depending on where you live or where you’re staying, you may be within walking distance, but after rocking out to Zac Brown Band all night, we wouldn’t recommend it!
Is there going to be a parking lot with guarantee space for my vehicle?
There are parking spots at the venue, but we cannot guarantee availability!
Do I have to pay to park my car in the parking lot?
No, you do not have to pay to park in the Evans Towne Center parking lot.
Is there a preferred taxi or riding service to use in order to get to the Bushwood and Boots?
We do not have a preferred service, but Lyft & Uber are available in the Augusta area!
Is there going to be a designated shuttle to and from the Bushwood and Boots?
Sorry! No shuttles will be launching for Bushwood and Boots.
What can I bring with me to the Bushwood and Boots?
Example: We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors, respect our city, and most importantly respect nature. Please pick up any trash you come across. Squirrels & birds are not fond of litter. Be smart, be aware of your surroundings, report any suspicious packages you may come across.
All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags and prohibited items at home. Any prohibited item that is confiscated will not be held or returned.
The following items are allowed:
· Prescription medicine. All prescription medicines must be in a marked bottle, along with proper matching ID.
· Baby strollers (or) small wagons for toddlers
· Non-professional cameras (detachable lenses not allowed)
· Small backpacks (school backpacks). Please no large frames.
· Camelbacks, but they must be empty.
· Personal cameras (NO professional cameras or recording devices, including Go Pro's, tripods or cameras with detachable lenses or those used for commercial use).
· Umbrellas (small, hand held only please. Beach umbrellas are not allowed)
· Chairs are allowed, however they must be set up in the designated chair zone
Encouraged items: sunscreen, sunglasses, government issued ID, cash/debit card.
The following items are PROHIBITED:
NO Abusive, foul or disruptive language
NO Fighting, taunting, threatening remarks, gestures or harassment of any kind
NO Aerosol containers of any kind
NO Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
NO Bicycles (within the fairgrounds)
NO Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind (including parking lots)
NO Glass containers of any kind
NO Sealed bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind*
NO Illegal substances, drugs, and drug paraphernalia
NO Knives of any length
NO Large bags (over the size 12” x 10” x 10”)
NO Laser Pointers
NO Noisemakers (musical instruments, bullhorns, air horns, whistles, etc.)
NO Outside Alcohol/Flasks
NO Outside food or beverages*
NO Prescription drugs, dietary vitamins, foods or beverages*
NO Professional cameras with lens longer than 2” (detachable or non-detachable) and professional recording (photos, video, audio) equipment - this includes any stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks, selfie-sticks, or commercial equipment
NO Signs, flags on sticks, or poles
NO Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles*
NO Smoking or the use of vapor (or similar) devices
NO Throwing objects
NO Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
NO Tripods, monopods and selfie-sticks
NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, giveaways, samples, etc.
NO Unmanned Aircraft Systems & Radio Controlled Model Aircraft/Drones
NO Yard games, glow sticks, marker pens, and inflatables
NO Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
Event security reserves the right to deem any other item inappropriate. No prohibited item will be accepted at the entry gates for safekeeping.
*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. Individuals with these special needs should contact a security person at their entry gate for special attention.
All patrons and bags are subject to search upon entry into the concert grounds.

Are kids allowed?
Absolutely! Actually, admission for kids 10 years and under is free in the general admission, VIP, SVIP, and Cabana areas; however, they are NOT allowed in the general admission Party Pit.
How many times can I leave and re-enter the concert site?
Sorry! There is absolutely NO Re-entry to the concert.
Is there seating at the concert?
Yes, there will be bleacher seating available.
Is the site ADA compliant?
Yes it is! Please talk to one of our helpful staffers at the front gate when you arrive and they will help you with your requested needs.
There a limited number of ADA parking spots available.
There will be viewing accommodations, as well as wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
